How do I book an appointment?

I consult at three private clinics in Hornsby, Macquarie University and Manly.

To make an appointment, please contact the clinic of your choice directly by phone or email. Please have your referral letter available when booking so the clinic can arrange the most appropriate appointment for you.

Do I need a referral?

A GP or specialist referral is preferred for your appointment, as this allows for appropriate communication with your referring doctor and may assist with coordinating your care. A valid referral is also required to claim a Medicare rebate.

How much are the consultation fees?

Fees vary depending on the type and duration of your appointment. Please contact your chosen clinic directly for information about consultation fees and any applicable Medicare rebates.

What should bring to my appointment?

To help make the most of your first appointment, please bring:

• Your GP or specialist referral letter
• Your Medicare card** and, if applicable, concession or DVA card
• A current list of your medications and supplements
• Any relevant investigation results, such as blood tests, ultrasounds, scans or other medical reports
• Any previous specialist or relevant medical correspondence, if available

Is telehealth available?

Telehealth appointments are available for some appointments, especially follow up reviews. Face-to-face consultation is preferred for the initial appointment to allow for a comprehensive assessment. However, an initial telehealth consultation may be appropriate for patients living in regional or rural areas or those who have difficulty travelling.
